Man its not surprising to see all the poor ratings for this McDonald's. I work right next door and me and my coworkers go over there just about daily. I always tell them if your having a bad day at work just go to McDonald's and you'll feel better about your job.
Whenever I go over there I normally wait 10 to 15 mins for my food. On more then one occasion I see crew members yelling at the management. Along with standing there at the register for 5 mins till someone acknowledges me, even though they clearly see me there.
Hard to rate this too harshly. Start with the good, the interior is nice and the staff has been nice. The bad is they have constantly been slow or they get the order wrong. Hopefully they can get better.
Update: 2017 - They have consistently been quick, accurate, and friendly. They have improved so much since my first reviews.
This McDonald's is a little bit better quality and service as the ones in Madison, so I don't dread it as much. I'm not a huge fan of this company and it's food. But this is definitely a cleaner, nicer and has a better staff team.
Had to wait almost a half an hour to get a fish sandwich. The people making the meals were very slow. They weren't doing anything, just standing and talking to each other. They had to remake my sandwich because it was cold. That was the smallest fish sandwich i have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. They are much larger and better at Burger King. And all the tables were dirty and covered with food and pop. So were the benches.I will not be going their again.
They cant even make a decent iced coffee. Ive given them plenty of chances. Its always 98% creamer and i am completely unable to taste any coffee what so ever.
Update(2): I rated it a bit higher this time purely because they were quick, kind, and accurate the last time.
Its funny how all the responses to the complaints are that it'll be forwarded on to management, but it's still pretty bad. I really do hope they'll be able to turn things around there.
I can drive to Kwik Trip, park, walk in and get my own coffee faster than the service at this location.
