I was in a position to purchase a new vehicle. I had a long standing relationship with a local dealer and went there to see about purchasing a new GMC Denali Pickup. after seeing the offer and the numbers I decided to check another GMC dealer and went down to visit them and see what they had in stock and how they treated the customers. After choosing the vehicle I wanted we sat down and crunched the numbers. The offer for trading in my vehicle was outstanding and I decided to go with Stark GMC in Stoughton. Being that I know how dealers can manipulate numbers to make it appear as a deal and using my own worksheet the numbers matched up within a few dollars.. They did not play games and I drove away in my new 2018 Denali. I have now severed my longstanding relationship with the local dealer and will be a Stark customer going forward. The Used car Manager Shawn S. and my salesman Ruben Gonzalez are great to talk to and deal with. Don agreed and wasn’t happy about it to put new tires back on my car and told me to never come back. I will never come back and I won’t recommend Stark to Anyone in the future
I forgot My snow tires the beginning of the summer and remembered them 4 months later. I was advise they were thrown out. I think they sold them because they’re brand new Blisztex snow tires but was told they were scrapped. I was not pleased with that answer and argued that Don reimburse me for the tires regardless of me returning to get my tires. With other ways to contact me such as email or address of which I received communication from often. Don said he doesn’t have enough time to you know send an email or write a letter. This is every day business correspondence it doesn’t take long. Communication 101 business 101 Stark had my incorrect phone number but they had my address and my email that I frequently receive emails from my service advisor Luke. They admitted that they only tried to call my number a few times and then did nothing else
I will definitely go back when looking to purchase again!
