This has got to be, without a doubt, the SLOWEST 'fast' food experience you will ever have. The drive through is never less than a 15-20 minute wait, and if you think going inside will be quicker, LOL. No way. Inside takes just as long. Last time I was there they ran out of chicken (it's a KFC/Taco Bell combo thing) and a dozen people stood there for 10 minutes waiting for more. How the hell does a KFC run out of chicken? What are they doing back there, raising the freaking things from an egg? Unfortunately this is the only Taco Bell or KFC for miles around, but if you have literally any other alternative, take my advice and go with whatever that is unless you literally don't have anything better to do than watch colossally stoned people muddle their way through the rigors of grabbing pieces of chicken and toss them in a bucket. Oh yeah, also, be prepared to get nasty attitude if you ask for breasts or thighs instead of wings. They charge extra which is understandable but along with that you get pregnant sighs and eye rolls and complaining. You've been warned.
Very clean. Food took awhile for being a fast food place. But over all not bad.
If I could give a negative number I could. Worse customer service ever experienced. Getting drink was taking long so I honked to get attention to order a different kind. Girl yelled at me told me not to rush her. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no and shut the drive thru window. Went into store and the nighttime manager was just as rude! Refused to tell me her managers name and said them don’t rush my people. Are you kidding me? Girl at the drive thru window was yelling at me the whole time. Don’t ever go here!!!
If negative stars was available, thats what I would give. Very rude, super slow, and not good food. When we were called for our order, she slammed it onto the table in front of me to pick up. Then huffed and walked away. Another girl was on her headset and swearing at someone on the other end in spanish as shes walking through the resturant. The cashiers was not any better. Will not be back since they can't be decent people when they work.
Food was what you'd expect. Service was above average compared to other Taco Bell restaurants that I've been to. Was disappointed to find out that they close at 9pm because the hours listed online say 10pm.
