The staff are polite and friendly. They are amazingly fast and their eat in area is clean and beautiful.
Horrible experience, It took 45 minutes 2 deliver 2 blocks away and then we got no straws or napkins. When I called them I was told we have to request them when ordering. WTH!!! We are a business so these items are not in thecupboards like at home. Not very professional!!!!!
Great service, food and delivery. I use the Jimmy Johns app on a regular basis to order delivery. Its great, everyone can customize their sandwich when we order. Once the delivery guy forgot my daughters drink, before I could call, he was back at our door with it and apologized for forgetting it.
